What Do We Expect From You?
To help you succeed you agree to:
Take an active part in pre-recruitment and induction activities, so that you can be sure the programme is the right one for you
Take responsibility for organising your own learning
Use your time to learn to the best of your ability
Attend training sessions and any other activities that form part of your agreed programme regularly and on time
Take an active part in training sessions
Attend all agreed Assessment appointments
To maintain and keep safe a portfolio of evidence and bring it to all appointments
Hand work in on time, ensuring it’s your own work
Meet agreed targets by agreed dates
Tell staff about concerns that may affect your learning, so help and support can be arranged
Make full use of the resources available
Co-operate with all members of staff and other learners
Keep to all Alder Training rules and regulations
Inform training centre as soon as possible of any change of circumstances
To inform training centre of any placement problems
Learners are expected to:
Behave in a polite, courteous and friendly manner, that does not offend others / does not discriminate
Observe all Health & Safety regulations
Care for the physical environment of Alder Training
Treat everyone with equal respect
