In progressing this far, Emma is quick to acknowledge the importance of completing her Apprenticeship, and the benefits it will bring in the future. “This experience confirmed that I had chosen the right career” says Emma “Working with physiotherapists allowed me to find out about the profession and the role I wanted to pursue”.
“Emma is a very motivated person” says Jean White, who was her Apprenticeship Training Manager, “she has a clear idea on where she sees her career and knows what steps to take to achieve her goals. She is a very good example of a learner who is using work based learning as a very real progression route into higher education and is a good example for others to follow”
