| 1. How do NVQ's and Apprenticeships differ from traditional courses? |
 |
| All NVQ's are competence-based - in other words you need to show that you can do your job properly - and take into account your previous experience. They are flexible qualifications which allow people to work at different speeds, although you will be encouraged to progress quickly through your qualification. |
