E2E (Entry to Employment (E2E))

E2E is a training and education programme designed to equip young people with the skills and knowledge that will help them become independent, self-motivated and ready for employment. It is a programme that offers learners the opportunity to be supported individually and to try an occupational area, to see if it is the right vocation for them.

The programme is aimed at people who require a little support before starting an Apprenticeship programme or those people who are unsure of their career path.

The programme supports learners develop vocational skills and sample a real work environment through a structured work placement.

There is also some generic training which include such topics as:

	Confidence Building
	Personal Development Training
	IT
	Citizenship
	Team building exercises
	Interview & Workplace Skills

The programme is supported by employers across Merseyside, offering work placement opportunities to learners and helping them develop their work place skills.
