One of our more mature learners, Pauline, (60 years old), completed her NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care recently. This was her first qualification and the first certificate she has ever received.
Pauline was obviously thrilled to achieve this and to show her certificate to her family. Pauline showed her appreciation and presented her Training Manager with flowers, card and a gift voucher!
